A small, non-therapy accountability group designed to help you set clear intentions, build sustainable habits, and create a 90-day action plan.

Dates: 2/1, 2/8, 2/15, 2/22
Time: 11:00 AM – 12:15 PM EST
Format: Small group, reflective structure with practical tools
Location: Virtual (link provided after enrollment)

Workshop Cost:

  • Full cost: $395 for all 4 sessions

  • Deposit: $75 to secure your spot

    • Deposit applies to total cost if the group runs

    • Deposit can be refunded or applied to a 1:1 Focus Session ($150) if minimum enrollment is not met

  • Early-bird discount: Sign up by Jan 20 to save $50 off the remaining balance

Led by Morgan (Ana) Daffron, LMFT. Ana is a Brooklyn-based therapist who supports women navigating multiple roles, busy schedules, and burnout. She brings a trauma-informed approach and a focus on practical tools, clarity, and meaningful connection.

While Ana is a licensed therapist, this 4-week workshop is not therapy. It’s a structured, reflective space designed to help you clarify your goals, build habits, and create lasting momentum in your life.

  • This ensures the group is a good fit and you can fully commit to all sessions

  1. Receive Deposit Link

    • After review, you’ll be emailed a $75 deposit link to secure your spot

    • Deposit applies to total group cost if the group runs, or can be applied toward a 1:1 Focus Session (50 min, $150)if minimum enrollment is not met

    • Payment must be completed within 24 hours of receiving the email

  • Identify obstacles to progress

  • Practical strategies to overcome challenges

  • Group discussion and shared insights


Week 3 – Flexibility & Self-Talk

  • Build space for adaptation and flexibility

  • Examine internal messaging and self-talk around sustaining habits

  • Exercises to strengthen resilience and motivation


Week 4 – 90-Day Plan & Continuity

  • Create a personalized 90-day action plan

  • Strategies for ongoing accountability and reflection

  • Celebrate progress and plan next steps
