A small, non-therapy accountability group designed to help you set clear intentions, build sustainable habits, and create a 90-day action plan.

Dates: 2/1, 2/8, 2/15, 2/22
Time: 11:00 AM – 12:15 PM EST
Format: Small group, reflective structure with practical tools
Location: Virtual (link provided after enrollment)
Workshop Cost:
Full cost: $395 for all 4 sessions
Deposit: $75 to secure your spot
Deposit applies to total cost if the group runs
Deposit can be refunded or applied to a 1:1 Focus Session ($150) if minimum enrollment is not met

Led by Morgan (Ana) Daffron, LMFT. Ana is a Brooklyn-based therapist who supports women navigating multiple roles, busy schedules, and burnout. She brings a trauma-informed approach and a focus on practical tools, clarity, and meaningful connection.
While Ana is a licensed therapist, this 4-week workshop is not therapy. It’s a structured, reflective space designed to help you clarify your goals, build habits, and create lasting momentum in your life.
