Group therapy offers a unique opportunity for connection, healing, and growth. Whether you're new to therapy or already engaged in individual sessions, group therapy provides an invaluable chance to gain insights, share experiences, and foster growth through the support of others.

Format & Access

Burnout + Boundaries Therapy Group

When work, stress, and expectations leave nothing left for you.

This group is for professionals who feel pulled in too many directions — at work, at home, and in relationships. Together, we’ll focus on:

  • Setting boundaries that actually stick.

  • Recognizing early signs of burnout before you crash.

  • Reconnecting with your own needs without guilt.

  • Sharing support with peers who “get it.”

People-Pleasing & Boundaries Group for Women

When saying yes feels easier than asking for what you need.

This group is for women who notice themselves people-pleasing, over-giving, or holding back their own needs in relationships. In a supportive circle, we’ll explore:

  • Why certain patterns keep repeating.

  • How nervous system responses (like fawning) show up in daily life.

  • Reframing boundaries as connection, not just distance.

  • Practicing small shifts in how you show up with others.

Who it’s for: Women who want healthier, more authentic connections — in dating, friendships, family, or at work.

Group Fees

  • Drop-In Rate: $70 per session

    For flexibility and to meet the needs of busy professionals.

  • 6-Session Package:

    $60 per session

    $360 total

    Due at registration.

  • 12-Session Package:

    $50 per session

    $600 total

    Due at registration.

  • 6-Session Package ($360):

    Option 1: 2 payments of $180

    Option 2: 3 payments of $120

    12-Session Package ($600):

    Option 1: 2 payments of $300

    First payment starts at the time of group registration.

Expectations

Duration

Each group consists of 12 bi-weekly sessions that last 90 min each.

Structure

Sessions may include group discussion, emotional processing, and skill-building activities.

Commitment

Group members are encouraged to commit to a minimum of 6 weeks so the group can build trust and momentum.

Many members choose to continue beyond the initial cycle and some groups grow into ongoing communities.

Joining & Fit

Anyone interested in joining a group will receive a free 15-minute consultation to ensure that the group is an appropriate therapeutic fit. This consultation allows us to discuss your goals, answer any questions, and make sure you are comfortable with the group dynamics before committing to the full series.

Confidentiality

All group members are expected to respect confidentiality, creating a safe space for open sharing.

Payment

Participants can pay for individual drop in sessions, or receive a discounted rate if sessions are purchased in advance. Payment due at group registration and according to payment plan (if applicable).

12 session packages are only available before the group start date. Participants may opt for the drop-in rate if they do not want to commit to the packages. Participants will not have the option to pay at the package rate beyond the 5th group session.
