You can read all the posts, save all the tips, and still feel stuck in the same patterns.

Therapy is where we slow it down enough to understand what is actually happening underneath. Not just what you should do differently, but why it has been so hard to do it at all.

I offer therapy for individuals, couples, families, and groups.

Services

  • For people who are used to holding it together but are starting to feel the cost of that.

We look at the patterns underneath the stress, burnout, or self-doubt. Not just what is happening, but how you relate to yourself when it does.

This is slower, deeper work. The kind that helps you actually understand your emotions, not just manage them.

$250 per session. May be covered by your insurance.

  • Most couples come in trying to solve the same argument over and over.

We focus less on the surface issue and more on what is happening underneath it. The reactions, the assumptions, the places where both of you feel unseen or misunderstood.

The goal is not to decide who is right. It is to change the pattern so you are no longer stuck in the same cycle.

  • Group therapy offers something individual work cannot.

You get to see yourself in other people. You get to be seen in ways that feel different from your day-to-day relationships.

It can feel vulnerable at first. It can also be one of the most powerful ways to shift how you relate to yourself and others.

  • Family dynamics run deep. Even when everyone has good intentions, patterns can get stuck.

We work to understand those patterns and create new ways of communicating that feel clearer, more direct, and less reactive.

    $350 per session

  • For when you want to go deeper, faster.

Intensives offer extended sessions that allow us to stay with something long enough to actually move through it, rather than stopping right when it starts to open up.

    • Individuals (2 hours · $450)
A structured, future-focused session to work on boundaries, stress & burnout, career transitions, or relationship dynamics. You’ll leave with clarity, tools, and next steps you can put into practice right away.

    • Couples (3 hours · $900)
A structured, skills-based intensive to reset communication, interrupt repeating patterns, and strengthen connection. You’ll walk away with practical tools to use weekly moving forward.

FAQ

What if therapy hasn’t worked for me before?

  • That’s more common than you might think. If past therapy felt too surface-level, it doesn’t mean therapy can’t help — it may just mean you need a different approach. My work goes deeper, focusing on the patterns that shape your life and relationships

Do you take insurance?

  • I’m an out-of-network provider, which means I don’t bill insurance directly. Many clients use services like Thrizer for reimbursement, and some prefer private pay for more confidentiality.

How is couples therapy different from individual therapy?

  • Instead of focusing only on one partner, we look at the relationship itself, including the patterns you share and how they developed. The goal isn’t deciding who’s right, but helping you repair and reconnect.

Is couples therapy covered by insurance?

  • Insurance usually requires one person to have a mental health diagnosis (an F-code) in order to cover treatment. Since couples therapy is about your relationship dynamic, it’s typically billed under a Z-code, which most insurance companies don’t reimburse. Some couples still use out-of-network benefits, but often it’s an out-of-pocket service.

What should I expect from family therapy?

  • Family therapy creates a supportive space where everyone can be heard and understood. I specifically work with parents and adult children, helping you navigate communication challenges and shift old patterns that no longer serve your relationships.

What’s different about group therapy?

  • Groups let you learn from others and practice new ways of relating in real time. Many people find the connection surprisingly powerful.
